3.1 等级变更生效：当您的等级提升后，您名下所有用户的后续订单都将按新的分成比例计算。
3.2 累计计算：付费用户数量为累计值，不会因时间重置。每一次成功的推荐都会计入您的成长记录。
3.3 内容证明：L3 及以上等级需要提交内容创作证明，包括但不限于：

Description: Partner is our highest retailer tier. When you prove that you are continuously investing and treating distribution as an important income source, we will enable full compound mode for you — every order from every user you refer will earn you 30% commission.
3.1 Tier Change Effectiveness: When your tier is upgraded, all subsequent orders from users under your account will be calculated at the new commission rate.
3.2 Cumulative Calculation: The number of paying users is cumulative and does not reset over time. Every successful referral counts toward your growth record.
